USU Athletics Learning Specialist | Utah State University
Logan, Utah, The Learning Specialist will work with colleagues in the Student-Athlete Academic Services (SAAS) Department and across campus to meet the academic support needs of student-athletes. Specifically, the Learning Specialist will work in conjunction with the Associate Athletics Director of Academic Services to oversee and implement a Learning Specialist Program for select student-athletes and student-athletes with learning disabilities. Camp Towanda is the premier co-ed, 7 week sleep-away camp for children ages 7-17. We offer a well rounded program of activities from sports, to the waterfront, Outdoor Adventure and the Arts. Camp Towanda is looking for experienced, enthusiastic and diligent Coaches & Instructors to teach Lacrosse to our campers, both boys and girls, ages 7-17. Our campers have a wide range of experience, from competitive, college bound players, to those campers who are just being introduced to lacrosse. Additionally, coaches are responsible for coaching our intracamp games and intercamp leagues, including county-wide tournaments with other camps. This is a great opportunity for experienced players and developing coaches to gain coaching and leadership experience with a wide variety of ages and abilities! We also offer professional paid internships in many fields including marketing, health administration, nursing, finance, hospitality, event planning, food services, sports management, media and nutrition.
