Job Description
St. Bonaventure University, a member of the Atlantic 10 Conference, is seeking highly motivated applicants for the position of Assistant/Associate Athletics Director of Compliance. Reporting to the Deputy Director of Athletics, this full-time exempt position will serve as a member of the Department of Athletics Senior Management Team.

Bachelor’s degree required; Master's preferred. At least three years of experience in intercollegiate athletics required, preferably at the NCAA Division I level. Strong oral and written communication skills to interconnect effectively with a variety of individuals and offices, as well as excellent interpersonal skills are required. Management, organizational skills and attention to detail and confidentiality are critical. Experience with the various NCAA web-based applications is required; knowledge of JumpForward software is preferred. Salary and title commensurate with experience. Job Requirements
The successful candidate will ensure compliance with NCAA and Atlantic 10 Conference rules in all areas of college athletics including but not limited to: certification of eligibility; recruiting; playing/practice seasons; financial aid; new legislation and rules interpretations; APP data collection; filing of NCAA forms; overseeing camps and clinics; and educating staff, student-athletes, alumni and boosters of NCAA regulations. This position will assist in creating and developing policies and procedures that will make athletics compliance efforts more efficient while also updating polices based on new NCAA legislation. This position may additionally entail sport administration oversight for a specific sport or sports.
