Accountabilities:

This position is an essential part of running a competitive Division I Patriot
League Track and Field and,Cross Country Team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for execution of strategic activities and coaching of the men's and women's track and field
and cross country programs
- Responsible for oversight of all administrative operations regarding student-athlete development.
- Responsible for the execution of all scouting, film preparation, and competition preparation.
- Accountable for maintaining professional relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Responsible for maintaining a budget. Exercises independent discretion on all purchases and budgetary decisions for the program.
- Completion and maintenance of NCAA compliance forms, travel arrangements, alumni, etc

1-3 years of collegiate track & field coaching experience (any specialization)

Education

Bachelor’s Degree required
Master’s Degree preferred
