| Job Description |
Mount Mary College is seeking an individual to contribute to the realization of our mission through the role of part-time, Head Women’s Softball Coach.
Mount Mary College is a member of NCAA Division III and a member of the Association of Division III Independents.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and conduct all practice and game plans
• Recruit prospective student athletes that would represent MMC positively
• Prepare travel arrangements for team away games
• Follow budget guidelines set forth by Athletic Director
• Assist with staffing for any on-campus activities
• Promote SAAC within team
• Attend staff and /or institution meetings when required
• Follow and comply by all NCAA Division III and Mount Mary College policies, rules and procedures
• Promote and encourage a positive learning experience for student athletics
• Knowledge of NCAA rules and compliance
