Simon Fraser University is in the process of transitioning from NAIA to NCAA D-II and is seeking applicats for the position of full-time Assistant Softball Coach. |

| Responsibilities |
Under the direction of the Head Coach; Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting in the direction of all phases of a competitive softball program in accordance with Simon Fraser University, GNAC Conference, and NAIA/NCAA II rules and regulations.
Specific Duties include:
Pitching staff training and development
Recruiting and evaluating prospective student-athletes
Assisting in the development of student-athletes on and off the field
Assisting in camp coordination and delivery
Assisting the Head Coach in multiple additional aspects of the program
* Additional administrative duties may be assigned by Senior Director of Athletics

| Qualifications |
At a minimum, you should have:
A Bachelors Degree or equivalent professional experience
Experience and understanding of NCAA Division II rules and regulations
Coaching and/or playing experience (pitching experience perferred)
Understanding of computer programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
Basic administrative and organizational skills
