| Responsibilities |
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting in the direction of all phases of a competitive softball program in accordance with South Alabama, Sun Belt Conference, and NCAA rules and regulations. Duties include handling of pitching staff, recruiting and talent evaluation, practice organization, game preparation, monitor academic progress of student-athletes, assisting in coordinating camps, and other duties assigned by the head coach and/or athletic director. |
| Qualifications |
Bachelor’s degree required. Collegiate coaching experience and/or previous college playing experience preferred. Experience working with pitchers preferred. |
