SoftballOne, Inc. based in Indianapolis, Indiana is currently looking for an exceptional Lead Defensive Coach/Business Assistant with high level playing experience. The best candidate will be eager to teach with enthusiasm, be visually creative, have 4 years of university of international playing experience, have a gift for motivating female student-athletes, be friendly/personable, and have a vision for the future of fastpitch softball. The compensation package will include salary and commission incentives. |

| Responsibilities |
Lead Defensive Coach Functions:
* Prepare and Author fastpitch softball defensive curriculum for Indiana softball organizations.
* Instruct and Execute defensive curriculum in camps and clinics in the state of Indiana year round.
* Correctly instruct female student-athletes between the ages of 8-18 in all areas of defense. Including, but not limited to, catching, throwing fundamentals, infield, and outfield.
* Assist in additional softball instructional classes including hitting and pitching.
Additional Duties:
* Process, document, and fulfill all SoftballOne HOP instructional DVD series orders in a timely manner using Paypal and the USPS.
*Process, document, and fulfill all SoftballOne clothing orders in a timely manner using Paypal and the USPS.
* Maintain contact with clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. |
| Qualifications |
Education and Experience:
* Minimum of a Bachelors Degree.
* Degree in Education preferred.
* Minimum 4 years of university or international playing experience in fastpitch softball. |
