| Job Description |
Responsibilities: Responsible for assisting in all aspects of a competitive Division II softball program with an emphasis on the battery in accordance with the NCAA and the Northeast 10 Conference rules. Additional duties include, but are not limited to: on-field coaching in practice and games, player/pitcher development, recruiting, fundraising, community relations, academic oversight and some administrative duties assigned by the Associate and Assistant Athletic Directors.

| Qualifications |
Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree and at least five years of coaching/playing experience are required. Successful coaching experience is vital, preferable at the collegiate level. Candidate will be expected to abide by the rules and regulations of Adelphi University, the Northeast 10 Conference and the NCAA.
