The Pacific Coast Softball Conference is seeking a part-time commissioner to lead the conference and manage all conference affairs. |

| Responsibilities |
Responsibilities include; develop and manage the budget and finances of the conference, conduct annual coaches meeting and facilitate annual executive committee meeting, serve as liaison to the NCAA, further develop the conference infrastructure, and maintain the conference competition schedule addition, the commissioner will act as liaison to the local officials assignors, provide oversight of sports information director, and create and implement a marketing and corporate sponsorship plan for the conference. The commissioner will report directly to the athletic directors or their designees of each of the participating institutions. |
| Qualifications |
Interested candidates must have thorough working knowledge of Division I college athletics and an understanding of NCAA regulations and softball rules. Experience managing member-based organization preferred. A minimum of three years of experience in management including managing budget, creating and implementing policy, and facilitating group meetings. Strong communication skills including the ability to write effectively. Basic computer skills including proficiency with standard office software (spreadsheets, word processing, database, layout/design). |
