| Job Description |
The University of Detroit Mercy, a private NCAA Division I institution, invites applications for the position of Head Softball Coach. Responsibilities include all aspects of administering a Division I softball program including but not limited to: coaching; scheduling; recruiting; successful graduation rates; fundraising and public relations; and operating the program within budget and in compliance with institutional, Horizon League, and NCAA rules and regulations. Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred. 3-5 years coaching experience required. Division I coaching experience preferred. Send cover letter, resume, and three references to Teri Kromrei, Assistant Athletic Director for Business Operations via email to teri.kromrei@udmercy.edu. Applications will be accepted until May 29, 2009. Salary commensurate with experience.
