| Job Description |
University of Evansville, a Division I institution and member of the Missouri Valley Conference, is accepting applications and nominations for the position of Head Coach. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, providing strong leadership and maintaining a culture that is conducive to a positive student-athlete experience; the successful recruitment and retention of student-athletes who can achieve competitive and academic success; on-field coaching throughout the academic year; compliance with NCAA and MVC rules; and enthusiastic and effective representation of the program to a variety of external constituencies including former players, members of the Evansville softball community, media and other groups.
