James Madison University, a Division 1 Member of the NCAA and Colonial Athletic Association, is seeking a 2nd Assistant Softball Coach/Pitching Coach to work within a highly competitive program. |

| Responsibilities |
Duties include but are not limited to: coaching, recruiting, player development, public relations, travel and compliance with NCAA, CAA and JMU regulations. |
| Qualifications |
Preference will be given to candidates with collegiate coaching experience, technical knowledge of fastpitch softball, pitching and outfield play, preferably at the Division I level. A bachelor's degree is required. It is important for applicants to have the ability to communicate effectively and work well with students, parents, faculty, staff and the community. Candidates should possess a demonstrated commitment to high academic standards for student-athletes and their ability to succeed both academically and athletically is essential.
