EVENTS POSTING YOUR EVENT The web site provides a location for athletic professionals to post their scheduled events, such as clinics, seminars, conventions, workshops, races, etc.
Certain criteria of the event allowing posting for FREE. Click on the link above for more details.
Searching Events: You have the ability to search all of the event listings on the site. The search criteria enable you to do a very broad or a very narrow search for events.
Searching: You may use our free E-mail Alert to send your searches each day to your e-mail box. AthleticLink.com monitors your established search criteria and as matching information is posted, sends a notification e-mail informing you of the match.
You may also create a search, save it and view it only when returning to the web site. This allows manual control of when you would like to run your search.
Searches are available in all sections of the web site.
Pricing: The pricing structure for events postings is according to duration.
Your event may be posted FOR FREE if it is:
- A sports association sponsored event for the betterment of its members, for example, a convention or coaches certification course;
- A minimal cost event, such as a benefit where a donation is collected, for example, to raise money for a parks and recreation league;
- A free clinic or camp to teach sports skills; or,
- An event that requires a minimal payment for entry and a memento, such as a t-shirt.
Camps, clinics, seminars are not considered for free posting status if participants are charged.
AthleticLink.com, the technology provider, will make the final decision regarding free events AthleticLink.com, the technology provider, will make the final decision regarding free events AND DELETE ANY EVENT THAT DOES NOT MEET THE CRITERIA AND HAS POSTED FOR FREE.
If your event meets these criteria, it will be posted for free once you agree to the criteria on the Event payment page.
Searching for an event is always FREE.
