The PICTOR Group Expands Leadership and Services

RENO, Nev. – The PICTOR Group, a consulting firm founded to provide intercollegiate athletics programs with an innovative, enthusiastic and customized approach to athletics consulting, has expanded their leadership team and added services to their consulting menu.

As the world of intercollegiate athletics continues to evolve, consultants are in high demand to help athletics programs weather change, minimize weaknesses, maximize strengths. The PICTOR Group leadership team has a dynamic combination of skills required to effectively navigate the ever-changing landscape of college sports and affect sustainable solutions.

The PICTOR Group principals Cary Groth and Kathy Lindahl, with new senior partners Carolyn Schlie Femovich and M. Dianne Murphy, have a vast combination of experience at the highest levels of athletics administration, coaching, mentoring, leadership and management.

The PICTOR Group now offers six distinct areas of consulting, utilizing the expertise of two former long-time NCAA Division I athletics directors (Groth, Murphy), a former assistant vice president for finance and operations and associate athletics director (Lindahl) and a former NCAA Division I conference commissioner (Schlie Femovich).
